About the role

As a Systems Analyst, you'll support the administration, optimisation and governance of enterprise platforms to ensure reliable service delivery and a great user experience. Additionally, you'll:

• Administer enterprise SaaS platforms including user access, permissions and system configuration
• Monitor system performance, licence utilisation and platform compliance requirements
• Manage incidents, escalations and root cause investigations to minimise business disruption
• Support platform upgrades, releases and change activities, including testing and risk assessments
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners to support business outcomes

About you

• Experience in systems administration, telephony administration or enterprise SaaS platforms
• Relevant platform certifications such as Genesys, Salesforce or SAP ESM will be highly regarded
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
• Experience supporting business-critical applications and managing competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
