Based in our Eight Mile Plains office, we are offering a part-time fixed-term 6 Month opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join our team. There is a possibility of further extension.
You will bring your experience to this role to ensure our staff continue to deliver exceptional client outcomes in the community.
About the role
The overall purpose of the Scheduling Officer role is to ensure the delivery of services occurs in a planned way in line with the strategic intents of the business by means of scheduling of clients and staff within the Alayacare system,.
The role will when necessary be responsible for liaising with key Line Managers and other stakeholders, to clarify information, including daily changes that occur with clients and staff.
The role will require working with the Scheduling Lead in the first instance to ensure compliance with Scheduling processes and governance.
The position will be rostered across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, working standard full-day hours of 7.6 hours per day and the pay rate would be between $33.48 - $34.64/hr depending on your level of experience.
Prior scheduling experience in Procura or Alayacare is highly regarded but not mandatory.
Requirements
- Valid Aged Care Worker Screening Check: o Current National Police Check OR o Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. NB: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is mandatory for Services/Facilities delivering services to NDIS clients. o Statutory Declaration if you have been a citizen or permanent resident of a country other than Australia after turning 16.
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
