What This Job Involves

JLL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to be the face and voice of Unley and Northpark Shopping Centre, this role involves interacting with customers, contractors, retailers, and staff members. Our ideal candidate is a personable individual with excellent multitasking abilities, capable of maintaining composure under pressure, and thriving in a diverse work environment. This opportunity offers a varied and engaging workload for the right professional.

Accounts Payable Experience Is Required For This Role.

A snapshot of your responsibilities

  • Ensure Reception Switchboard is manned at all times and calls answered promptly with a high level of customer service demonstrated at all times
  • General administrative duties as specified by the Centre Manager
  • Raising contracts/ purchase orders in MRI
  • Co-ordinate and communicate induction processes of CM3 to all contractors on site and manage the return all site keys at the end of each day.
  • Assist with collecting and entering sales and traffic figures from tenants on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with purchase order entry, creditor invoice batching and tenant invoice distribution
  • Daily receipting and banking
