Group Marketing Manager

Join a market-leading organisation operating across multiple premium brands within a dynamic and growing cosmeceutical sector. The marketing team plays a critical role in supporting commercial performance, brand growth and customer engagement across both professional and consumer channels.

The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives, campaigns, product launches and stakeholder engagement activities. Working across a highly collaborative, B2B-focused environment, you'll partner closely with Sales, Education, Operations and external agencies to deliver commercially focused marketing outcomes.

Industry experience is not essential. Candidates from financial services, FMCG, healthcare, professional services and other related sectors are encouraged to apply.

• 3 - 6-month contract (opportunity to go perm)
• $700 a day inclusive
• Open to both seeing applications for those across both contract and permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
• Manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders
• Support customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives
• Analyse performance data and provide strategic recommendations
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agency partners
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints

About You

• Proven experience in brand marketing
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capability
• Commercially minded with a hands-on approach
• Agile, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within a B2B marketing environment will be highly regarded
• Sydney Based, full working rights
