Bartenders – Confident in cocktail craft and premium spirits, with a passion for mixology and storytelling behind the bar

Bar Backs – Quick on your feet, eager to learn, and ready to support a high-performing bar team? We’re looking for the MVPs behind the scenes.

Baristas - making all types of coffee in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the standard & accuracy of the coffees throughout shift.

Our ideal candidate will

• Previous experience in a similar premium environment
• Established Bartending and barista skills are highly desired
• A professional demeanour, with a customer centric work ethic
• An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
• Excellent presentation and grooming
• Can work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Full working rights in Australia, with Availability to work a flexible roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)
• A current NSW RSA
