Maintenance Coordinator

Sherrin Rentals is an Australian equipment hire company, operating since 1968. Our Sydney branch needs a Maintenance Coordinator to run the daily maintenance schedule — allocating jobs across our workshop and field service mechanics, booking servicing and repairs, chasing parts, and keeping our tier-1 fleet on hire instead of in the yard.

Office-based, Monday to Friday. Reports directly to the State Manager.

About You

• Strong background in heavy diesel and mobile plant
• Knowledge of earthmoving, compaction, access equipment
• Experienced supervising mechanics or leading workshop
• Confident diagnosing faults and guiding technicians
• Organised and capable of managing a busy hire fleet
