Senior Payroll Administrator

GWG are currently partnering with a well-established organisation in Northern NSW to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator to join a collaborative payroll team supporting a large, geographically dispersed workforce.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working in a high-volume environment, solving complex payroll queries and contributing to process improvements.

What's on offer?

Permanent full-time position

Based in Lismore or Coffs Harbour

Hybrid flexibility with 2 days wfh

35-hour working week with genuine work-life balance

You'll be responsible for processing high-volume payroll, interpreting awards and enterprise agreements, managing complex payroll transactions, and working closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Experience with cloud-based payroll systems and strong Excel skills will be highly regarded.
