Inventory DC Team Member SRG DC: AU Forrestfield (Western Australia)

Join our Distribution Centre team and play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient operations. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory DC Team Member to support inventory management activities within our Distribution Centre. While inventory is the primary focus of this role, you'll also contribute to general operational tasks that support the day-to-day running of the Distribution Centre.

As an Inventory DC Team Member, you'll be responsible for supporting inventory management and stock control processes, helping ensure inventory accuracy and contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
  • Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, quality inspections and inventory reconciliations.
  • Support slotting management activities, including location maintenance and stock movements.
  • Complete systematic checks of cartons, picked products, pack standards and pallet standards.
  • Support inventory control processes and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Assist with investigations and escalations relating to inventory issues.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Distribution Centre operational processes.
  • Support general Distribution Centre operations and team activities as required.

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to stock accuracy.
  • Ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
  • Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, supply chain or Distribution Centre operations will be highly regarded.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
