The Role

Bendigo Venues & Events create exceptional experiences for audiences across our iconic venues and events. We're seeking two customer-focused Ticketing Officers to join our team and help deliver friendly, efficient and professional service to patrons.

In this customer-focused role, you'll assist with ticket sales, bookings and enquiries across phone, email and face-to-face channels. You'll also provide box office administrative support, maintain accurate records and process transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play an important role in helping audiences access and enjoy the diverse range of events and performances delivered by Bendigo Venues & Events.

The ticket counter is located at The Capital and is open 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Ticketing Officers work a part time set four-day weekly roster, with duties performed both during and outside counter opening hours.

About You

You are a friendly and organised customer service professional who enjoys helping people and delivering a positive experience. Experience in ticketing, administration, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment will be highly regarded.

You have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and confidence using computer systems. You're comfortable handling transactions, managing multiple tasks and working collaboratively as part of a team.

Reliable, adaptable and customer-focused, you take pride in providing accurate information and professional service to every customer interaction.

Thess part-time roles require availability to work a set four-day-per-week roster, generally between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

This role requires a satisfactory police records check.
