Concrete Supervisor

Are you an experienced Concrete Supervisor who enjoys delivering complex structures and wants to work on high-quality apartment developments?

This builder is delivering two architecturally designed apartment projects, one in Hawthorn East and one in Hampton, valued between $30m and $45m. The developments comprise 30 to 50 apartments across multiple levels. You'll be allocated to one of the projects, overseeing the concrete and structures packages while working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to deliver the structural phase safely, on time and to a high standard.

To start with, you'll accrue a half-day of leave for every Saturday you work on site. Use it for a holiday, a long weekend, a rest day or however you like.

Career planning is taken seriously. You'll identify your goals and then work backwards, have three planned reviews a year which includes a one-on-one with the Director.

To be considered, you'll need strong experience supervising concrete structures on commercial, multi-residential or Tier 2 construction projects. You'll be confident coordinating subcontractors, managing the structural program, maintaining quality and safety, and ensuring the concrete and structures packages are delivered on time.

The role offers a $150k-$180k package, depending on experience, along with the opportunity to join a builder with a secure pipeline and genuine long-term career opportunities.
