HR Advisor

Are you a proactive and results-driven professional with a knack for managing a busy environment? We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our People Experience team as a Human Resources Advisor in a full-time, permanent role, in our CBD office.

Join our team and showcase your ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and navigate the complexities of the employment lifecycle. Supporting the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will work closely with frontline leaders, providing the tools, support and advice needed to effectively manage their teams. We're looking for someone with strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and improve processes that mitigate risk and drive positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Ability to problem solve, develop, and refine processes to mitigate risks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for transactional HR queries.
• Experience and understanding of industrial and employee relations matters.
• Develop and deliver compliant employment contracts and related documentation.
• Support the HR Business Partner in the development and implementation of people programs, strategies, and solutions.
• Enhance HRIS systems (including UKG) and provide insightful reporting to leadership.
• Work closely with the HR Business Partner to develop a suite of HR metrics and reports.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in human resources, psychology, industrial relations or other relevant discipline
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (P) - or be willing to obtain
• Current Working with Children Check (P) – State Equivalent - or be willing to obtain
• Right to Work in Australia
• NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You
