About The Role

Queensland X-ray is looking for a full- time Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Townsville. This role will be rostered Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm. No weekends or On-call required.

Remuneration is in line with the Enrolled Nurse Remuneration 3.1 to 3.5 scale

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated care to inpatients and outpatients under the supervision of registered nurses. Your responsibilities include following patient-centred plans and adhering to local policies and guidelines. While experience in medical imaging is a plus, comprehensive on the job training will be provided.

About You

• Medication Endorse Enrolled Nurse - AHPRA registration required, with no limitations or restrictions
• 2 years minimum general nursing experience in a hospital setting (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills with sound decision making under pressure
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and patient care
• Peripheral intravenous cannulation skills (desirable)
• Current basic life support
