About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing phone and face-to-face customer service
• Taking customer orders and processing sales
• Coordinating dispatch activities
• Managing emails and customer correspondence
• Processing invoicing and maintaining records
• Scheduling bookings and operational activities
• Supporting general administrative functions

What You Will Need

• Previous administration and customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Confidence with invoicing and dispatch processes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, physical assessment, and Drug & Alcohol screen
