About the Role

Green Light is seeking an experienced

Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise transformation and customer migration program within the telecommunications sector.

This role will focus on delivering complex enterprise and customer solutions, working across Product, Technology, Network, Operations, and external partners to support migration pathways across a diverse customer base. You will play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design through to delivery, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and aligned with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in transformation and migration programs, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams while driving customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across complex transformation, migration, and technology initiatives
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Network, and Operations teams to define and deliver business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation
  • Create end-to-end process maps, customer journey maps, and target operating models
  • Support customer migration and service transition programs, including disconnection and retirement activities
  • Conduct customer segmentation and cohort analysis to support migration planning and prioritisation
  • Perform impact assessments across business processes, technology platforms, and operational teams
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
  • Translate technical and operational requirements into clear business outcomes and delivery plans
  • Define and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support business readiness, testing, deployment, and change management activities
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and service providers as required

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation, migration, or technology programs
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across business, technology, and operational teams
  • Demonstrated experience documenting and improving end-to-end business processes
  • Experience designing customer journey maps and target operating models
  • Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
  • Experience conducting impact assessments and requirements traceability management
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, including customer segmentation and cohort modelling
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-focused outcomes
  • Experience defining business requirements for system enhancements, automation, and process improvements
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as:
    • Salesforce
    • ServiceNow
    • CRM platforms
  • Reporting and operational support systems

Highly Desirable Experience

  • Telecommunications, managed services, or carrier environments• Experience with:
  • Legacy platform retirement programs
  • Customer migration initiatives
  • Voice and data network transformations
  • Enterprise telecommunications products
  • Regulatory or carrier-driven change programs
