We're a growing B2B SaaS compliance platform trusted by major enterprise clients across shipping, construction, mining, and logistics, and we're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our marketing engine.

This isn't a coordinator role. You'll set strategy, own performance, and use AI (Claude, Claude Code, and modern automation tools) as a force multiplier, building the systems and agents that let you do the work of a much larger team.

We'd love to hear from candidates based in Newcastle or Sydney, NSW who can work in person with our team some of the time, but if you're the right fit, location is secondary to skill.

What you'll own

Paid Media & PPC

Plan, launch and optimise Google/LinkedIn Ads campaigns, own budget, bidding, and CAC/ROAS end to end; build landing pages and run structured A/B tests.

AI & Automation

Use Claude and Claude Code daily to build automations, agents and workflows that remove manual marketing work (not just prompt a chatbot).

Strategy & Process

Set direction, identify new channels/audiences, sharpen positioning, build reporting dashboards.

Content, Social & SEO

Own LinkedIn presence, turn wins and releases into content, publish SEO blogs, run the newsletter.

Directories & Marketplace

Grow our Capterra/G2 presence and manage AWS Marketplace listing.

What we're looking for/

  • Proven PPC/paid media experience with real budget accountability.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on fluency with AI tools — ideally Claude and Claude Code — building automations, not just prompting.
  • A strategic operator who can drive process independently.
  • Strong full-funnel and analytics instincts.
  • Bonus: SaaS/B2B marketing, SEO, design or video basics.
