About the opportunity
We are seeking a Clinical Educator to translate clinical quality, safety and consumer experience insights into practical education that improves telehealth practice and consumer outcomes.
Working with clinical quality, governance, Learning and Development, service providers and clinical leads, you will turn audit findings, incident trends, consumer feedback and quality improvement priorities into targeted learning resources and coaching tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate quality, audit, incident and consumer feedback insights into practical education responses.
- Develop coaching aids, learning resources and decision-support tools for telehealth clinicians and Team Leaders.
- Partner with clinical SMEs, service providers and Learning and Development to produce evidence-based education.
- Evaluate education impact using feedback, audit outcomes and clinical performance measures.
- Support clinical governance, risk management and service improvement activities.
You will bring
You are an experienced Registered Nurse and clinical educator who can turn complex clinical information into clear, practical learning that improves practice.
- Extensive nursing experience across acute care, primary care, telehealth or telephone triage.
- Experience designing and implementing clinical education, training or professional development programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, behaviour change and quality improvement principles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, operational and service provider teams.
- Confidence using digital health systems and clinical decision-support tools.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no conditions.
- Post-graduate qualification in nursing education, clinical education, adult learning or a related field is preferred.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or successor equivalent, will also be highly regarded.
