Working with customers across healthcare, government, retail, logistics and enterprise, they've built a reputation for delivering complex technology projects that make a real business impact.

They're now looking for a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join their Sydney team and play a key role in delivering large scale transformation projects across cloud, networking and modern workplace technologies.

What your day could look like

• Design and deploy Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise customers.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Work alongside architects and project teams to plan technical implementations.
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient and built to best practice.
• Deliver infrastructure migration and transformation projects.
• Implement networking technologies including SD WAN, LAN, WiFi and connectivity solutions.
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, advise and deliver technical outcomes.
• Complete documentation, knowledge transfer and operational handovers to ensure successful project delivery.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience within an MSP, Systems Integrator or customer facing IT environment.
• Strong Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 engineering experience.
• Solid Windows Server, VMware and core infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects rather than purely BAU support.
• Networking experience across switching, routing, firewalls, SD WAN or wireless technologies.
• Confident engaging directly with customers, understanding requirements and providing technical guidance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to take ownership from design through to delivery.
