Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered business process automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and modern software development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions for enterprise business processes.
• Build AI agents using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs.
• Build RAG-based applications using vector databases.
• Deploy and support AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, or Python
• Generative AI & Agentic AI
• LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
• REST APIs & Enterprise Integration
• RAG & Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search)
• Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

Preferred

• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• AI Governance and Responsible AI
• Experience integrating AI with SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or ServiceNow

Ideal Candidate: 7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions.
