We're searching for experienced Finance Transformation professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems, influencing senior executives and helping organisations rethink the way finance operates.

This is an opportunity to work with major Australian organisations on large-scale transformation initiatives, partnering directly with CFOs and executive leadership teams to design and deliver future-ready finance functions.

What you'll be doing

You'll advise clients across areas including:

  • Finance Strategy
  • Finance Operating Models
  • Finance Function Transformation
  • Target Operating Models
  • Shared Services & Global Business Services
  • Process Improvement (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A)
  • Performance Management
  • Finance Technology Strategy
  • Business Case Development
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement

This is a consulting role where your ability to influence senior leaders is just as important as your technical expertise.

We're interested in people who have

  • Experience within a leading consulting or advisory organisation
  • Delivered Finance Transformation programs from strategy through implementation
  • Worked directly with CFOs and executive stakeholders
  • Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience across SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan or similar finance technologies
  • CA or CPA qualifications (highly regarded)
  • Experience developing finance operating models and transformation roadmaps
