About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating the daily organisation of teachers to ensure all Senior School classes are appropriately supervised in response to teacher absences. Operating in a high intensity environment each morning, the role requires timely, sound decision making to allocate effective cover, maintain continuity of learning, and uphold student safety across the school.
The successful candidate will also provide high level administrative support to the Senior School Leadership Team and works closely with the Academic Education team to support the efficient administration of curriculum processes.

You will bring:
- Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to make timely, sound decisions in a high-intensity environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and a clear understanding of confidentiality and discretion
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities and deadlines
- A strong commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality service to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
- The confidence and aptitude to learn school-based systems, including Synergetic, Timetable Solutions and Simplified Online Booking Systems (SOBS)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop trusted working relationships across the School
- Experience in a similar role or an educational environment, which would be highly regarded

- Appropriate qualifications relevant to the role
- A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
- A current National Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia
