Projects We Deliver

Our Project Managers oversee a diverse range of concrete construction projects, including:

• Bridges and retaining structures
• Civil and infrastructure projects
• Reinforced concrete structures
• Concrete pumping and placement operations
• Commercial building foundations and structures

The Opportunity

Premier Constructions Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Adelaide team and lead the successful delivery of a broad range of concrete construction projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership, planning, and commercial management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender handover through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project performance, costs, and progress against KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, quality requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare and review project reports, forecasts, and contractual documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' Project Management experience in construction.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS requirements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering concrete, civil, structural, or infrastructure projects.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, and procurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Current Driver's Licence.
