Role Description

The Disability Support Worker – Experienced role is an on-site position located in Bunbury, WA. In this role, the worker provides direct support to people with disability in their homes and community settings, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.

Essential Criteria

1. Qualification in Disability Services.
2. At least 1 year's experience supporting individuals with complex support needs.
3. Residing in the Greater Bunbury Area
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
5. Current valid driver’s licence.
6. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
7. Empathy, patience, and a sincere commitment to making a positive difference.
8. Basic computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.

Pre-Employment Requirements

The successful applicant will be required to provide:

1. Current right to work in Australia.
2. 100 points of identification.
3. Current Working with Children Check
4. Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
5. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
6. National Criminal History Check
7. Professional reference and character checks
