Are you a proactive Senior HR Advisor ready to step into a true HR Business Partner role? Or an experienced HRBP who enjoys being close to operations, influencing leaders and making a genuine impact on site?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an FMCG manufacturing business in a hands-on, site-based HRBP role, partnering closely with operational leaders across a busy, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Acting as the primary HR contact on site, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the full range of HR, ER and IR matters. You will work closely with the GM, operational managers, QA, WHS, maintenance and production teams, providing advice, coaching and support across day-to-day people matters.

This is a role with real autonomy, where you will be trusted to take ownership, think ahead and support leaders to drive positive people outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing advice and coaching to managers across ER, IR, performance and workplace matters
• Managing workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and performance issues end-to-end
• Supporting managers with absenteeism, misconduct, underperformance and complex conversations
• Interpreting Modern Awards and ensuring compliant, consistent advice across the site
• Partnering with operational leaders on workforce planning, role changes and people priorities
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction processes for operational roles
• Working closely with WHS on safety culture, injury management and return-to-work matters
• Supporting employee engagement, communications, reporting, policies and broader HR projects

About You

You will be confident, organised and commercially minded, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

You will bring:

• Experience in a HRBP or Senior HR Advisor role, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, operations or another fast-paced environment
• Strong ER experience, including workplace investigations and performance management
• Confidence partnering with operational leaders and coaching managers through people matters
• The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and stay ahead of issues
• Strong systems capability and the ability to quickly learn new HR/business systems
• Experience with Modern Award interpretation
• A proactive, self-driven and hands-on approach
