Based in South-West Sydney, the head office is home to a mature, collaborative and supportive Credit and Accounts Receivable team. About The Roles

Due to continued growth, there are three permanent opportunities available within the Credit and Accounts Receivable team.

Two roles will have a stronger focus on credit collections, customer account management, credit control and resolving account queries. One role will be more generalist AR and administration focused, supporting inbox management, banking, allocations, credit applications, new accounts and customer account updates.

These roles would suit candidates with experience across accounts receivable, credit collections, credit administration, banking, allocations, customer account support or finance administration.

Depending On The Role, Responsibilities May Include

  • Managing customer accounts and following up overdue payments
  • Handling customer queries by phone and email
  • Supporting credit control, credit limits and order release processes
  • Resolving account issues, claims and billing discrepancies
  • Managing shared AR and credit inboxes
  • Processing and allocating customer payments
  • Matching remittances and updating customer accounts
  • Assisting with daily banking and payment identification
  • Reviewing and processing credit applications
  • Creating and updating new customer and service accounts
  • Processing credit notes and account amendments
  • Supporting PPSA/PPSR updates and general account administration
  • Working closely with sales, customer service, operations and finance teams

Ideal Skills And Experience

  • Experience in accounts receivable, credit collections, credit control, banking, finance administration or customer account support
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-volume accounts, inboxes or administration
  • A customer-focused and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience using an ERP system would be highly regarded
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, organised and able to follow tasks through to completion
  • Comfortable working autonomously while also contributing to a team environment
