National Equipment Sales Representative

About The Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Australian manufacturer of commercial waste handling systems, building chutes, compactors, and capital waste hardware.

Partnering with Tier-1 builders, developers, and national waste contractors across Australia, they are seeking a driven, field-ready sales professional to take ownership of their waste chute division.

The Role & Environment

This is a high-energy, field-based sales position covering multiple states. You won't be stuck behind a desk all day—you’ll be out meeting trade clients, inspecting site specs, measuring up chute fit-outs, and closing equipment deals face-to-face.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth primarily through phone outreach, site canvassing, and cold prospecting (supported by warm inbound leads).
• Conduct physical site measurements and check hardware specs across active NSW build sites.
• Manage the full sales cycle, earning on unit volumes and deal value.
• Build relationships with developers, plumbing contractors, and property managers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success selling products, hardware or tangible goods.
• High energy, phone resilience, and a genuine hunger to hunt net-new business.
• Comfortable wearing PPE on active building sites, taking physical measurements and handling equipment specs.
• Valid driver's license required for field travel across NSW.
