What You’ll Be Doing

Working directly with our Learning & Leadership Manager, you will be the backbone behind our training resources, core learning content, and site-specific frameworks:

• Master Spreadsheet Ownership: Manage, audit, and update our central learning resources across multi-tab master sheets—making sure data flows smoothly between core content and venue-specific needs.
• Content Publishing & Design: Take raw training materials and help design, format, and publish polished, easy-to-use learning content into our systems.
• Systems Administration: Keep learning records up to date, track compliance, and ensure all our training assets are current, error-free, and easy for the team to find.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Site Managers, the P&C team, and operational leaders. You'll need good boundaries, patience, and a diplomatic approach to get the info you need from busy leaders who are constantly on the move!
• Continuous Improvement: Spot gaps, tidy up administrative bottlenecks, and help us constantly refine how we do things.

What We’re Looking For

• Admin & Systems Enthusiast: You genuinely love structure, spreadsheets, accurate data, and getting things organised.
• Excel Mastery: You're completely comfortable navigating, cross-referencing, and managing complex master spreadsheets with multiple tabs and dependencies.
• Resilience & Grit: Able to hold your ground, push back gently, and manage busy stakeholders without losing your cool.
• Obsession with Detail: Nothing slips past you—a small typo, a broken link, or an outdated record drives you a little bit nuts (in the best way possible!).
• Resourceful & Tech-Savvy: Quick to pick up design tools, LMS software, and new platforms for publishing training content.
