About You

You are a highly organised and client-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. With previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail and proactive approach will see you become an integral member of the SmartDrive team and contribute to delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Role Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Providing administrative and sales support to the SmartDrive team.
  • Managing client enquiries and maintaining strong relationships through professional and timely communication.
  • Preparing quotes, applications, contracts and other client documentation.
  • Liaising with employers, employees, vehicle suppliers, financiers and internal stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
  • Coordinating and monitoring workflows to ensure applications and requests are processed efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data integrity across internal systems.
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and supporting existing client programs.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Supporting the broader team with reporting, correspondence and operational activities.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience :

  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, client services or customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Experience within novated leasing, salary packaging, finance, automotive or employee benefits industries will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
