The role

You'll be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering learning initiatives that support both new and existing team members across our Service, Sales, and Membership teams. From onboarding new starters through to ongoing development programs, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that drive performance, capability, and exceptional member outcomes.

You will

• Design, coordinate and deliver engaging learning programs, including new starter inductions, capability development initiatives, soft skills training, and ongoing learning pathways across Service, Sales and Membership teams.
• Identify capability gaps and develop targeted training solutions that build knowledge, improve performance, and support exceptional member and customer experiences.
• Facilitate competency-based training and assessments, providing coaching, feedback and ongoing support to ensure employees achieve required performance standards.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve learning resources, training materials, e-learning content, assessments and reporting to ensure training remains current, effective and aligned to business needs.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders across the business to champion a culture of continuous learning, support change initiatives, and drive measurable learning and capability outcomes.

About you

• Relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)
• Relevant experience in the Private Health Insurance industry.
• Previous experience facilitating and/or designing product or technical training in Private Health Insurance or a similar highly regulated industry

Highly Desirable

• eLearning design and development experience
• Experience in using Adobe Captivate
• Information design experience
• Trained in internal / external coaching methods
