We’re Hiring | Multiple Roles | CRM Developer

We’re seeking experienced CRM Developer (APS6 equivalent) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering secure, scalable and high‑quality digital solutions within an Australian Government environment.

Role overview

  • Estimated start date: Wednesday, 01 July 2026
  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Extension options: Up to two extensions of 12 months each
  • Experience level: APS6 equivalent
  • Location: ACT
  • Working arrangements: Onsite
  • Flexible work: Remote arrangements may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis, subject to business needs. Candidates must clearly state their preferred work location if outside ACT/Canberra
  • Maximum hours: 40 hours per week
  • Security clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline (Prefer Active Clearance )

About the role

As a CRM Developer, you will design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that support core business processes and enterprise integrations. You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an agile delivery environment.

Key duties and responsibilities .

  • Configure and extend CRM modules, business entities, forms, views and dashboards
  • Design and implement workflows, business rules, plugins and Power Automate flows based on documented user stories and requirements
  • Configure CRM connectors and integrations to support data flows across systems including Azure SQL, TechOne and Power Pages
  • Implement and manage the Dynamics 365 security model including security roles, access controls and secure external integrations

Candidates must submit a one‑page pitch (up to 5,000 characters) addressing all selection criteria.

Essential criteria

Dynamics 365 / Power Platform

  • Proven experience configuring and delivering Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions (tables, relationships, forms, views, model‑driven apps and business rules)
  • Experience implementing server‑side business logic using plugins, workflows and Power Automate
  • Experience building dashboards, charts and reports for business users
  • Strong knowledge of CRM security and auditing including business units, teams, security roles and field‑level security
  • Experience performing data migration and data quality activities including mapping, cleansing and repeatable imports

Engineering, integration and operations

  • Experience with Power Platform ALM and release management strategies
  • Strong CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments
  • Secure‑by‑design and DevSecOps practices including secrets management and access controls
  • Enterprise integration experience using Dataverse Web API, Azure Service Bus, REST and Azure SQL, including custom C#/.NET development
  • Power Platform governance and operations experience including DLP policies, monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online
