As Store Manager, you’ll have full ownership of your store — leading your team, driving performance and delivering a fashion‑led customer experience every day.

You’ll be responsible for

• Maximising sales growth by creating a unique, curves-first customer experience
• Building genuine customer loyalty through exceptional, personalised service
• Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Elevating store presentation through impeccable visual merchandising standards
• Inventory control and managing loss prevention
• Maintaining a safe store environment in line with health and safety standards
• Managing and achieving store budgets — including sales, wages, margin, and key KPIs
