We're looking for a Business Development Manager to coach, support and inspire our venues to deliver exceptional results. You'll partner with our operational leaders to drive performance, develop great teams and ensure every venue is operating at its very best.

Based in Melbourne, this role will require regular travel across Victoria and interstate.

Your Game Plan

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, team performance and business growth. Working closely with Venue Managers and Franchise Partners, you'll provide hands-on coaching, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure our venues consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial results.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Drive financial performance and help venues achieve key business targets
• Coach, mentor and develop Venue Managers and leadership teams
• Ensure brand standards, operational procedures and audit compliance are maintained
• Provide operational support and strategic guidance across multiple venues
• Support new venue openings and operational transitions
• Maximise the use of business systems and reporting tools to improve performance
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability and operational efficiency

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Area Manager/Business Development Manager role in Hospitality, (preferably in restaurants or pubs).
• Demonstrate your mateship in providing an exceptional experience for the team and guests
• Bring your competitiveness in a fast-paced, hands-on, innovative and FUN work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with partners and customers.
• Experience and knowledge of current and relevant hospitality management systems
• Exceptional P&L management skills
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a car
