Key responsibilities (text) Working at IKEA has its benefits and rewards:
- $28.31 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates from 6pm (public holidays, and late nights).
- $42.47 *weekends up to hourly rate

- The internal job title for this role is IKEA Food Co-worker
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of hours that may include mornings, afternoons and evenings.
- Availability to work late nights Thursdays and Fridays (9pm finish)
- You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Team vision (text) As an IKEA Restaurant Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Food preparation and customer service with a focus on giving our customers a great experience
- Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organised
- Clearing of tables and wiping down benchtops, making sure coffee machines are clean and full
- Active selling, cash handling and service with a smile!
- Replenishment of food and drinks cabinets and fridges
- Some manual handling – up to 15kg

Let´s connect As an IKEA Restaurant Co-worker you have:
- Experienced with working in an extremely fast paced, hands-on environment. Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded.
- Enthusiastic about working within a team of like-minded people.
- Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks.
