As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver the personalised service our patients know and trust.

You'll be the friendly face welcoming patients into the practice, assisting them with their eyewear choices, and ensuring every visit reflects our commitment to More Time, More Care.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

• A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
• Previous retail experience (optical experience is highly regarded but not essential)
• The ability to quickly learn product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
• Warm, friendly communication skills and a positive attitude
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Energy, enthusiasm, patience, and a desire to help others
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trading as required
