The Opportunity

As our highly valued Registered Nurse, you’ll use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.

You’ll make a meaningful impact by

  • Performing non-invasive cardiac investigations, including standard resting 12-lead ECGs, exercise stress ECG tests, attachment and analysis of ambulatory Holter, blood pressure and event monitor tests, assist with stress tests when required.
  • Provide assistance to all patients during their tests, showing professionalism, empathy and understanding.
  • Preparing and administration of Dobutamine IV infusion. Training provided.
  • Providing excellent patient care whist assisting in CT Coronary Angiograms. Some experience in IV cannulation is desirable but not essential. Training can be provided.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to improving Australia’s heart health.
  • Experience in Health track electronic medical records preferred, but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a demonstrated ability to show a friendly, sensitive and professional approach when dealing with patients of varying backgrounds and age.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture positive connections with patients.
  • A mindset of collaboration and continual learning. You will seize opportunities to expand your skills and expertise, and you’ll be willing to share your knowledge and experience to help our company and people thrive.

Other Requirements For This Role

  • Willingness to travel between our metro sites and some country sites.
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
