About the Role

As a Fleet Scheduler, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of our Long Haul fleet. You will work closely with dispatch teams, clients, and operational departments to ensure timely loading, unloading and movement of goods. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing fleet utilization.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a transport planning or long-haul scheduling position

Extensive knowledge of WA road transport operations

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Experienced in managing and coordinating a large fleet of trucks and drivers

Proficiency in using transport management and GPS tracking systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
