- Monitoring project schedules and assisting with financial administration
- Preparing reports, presentations and project updates
- Supporting continuous improvement across the Property & Procurement portfolio.
About you
You are a highly organised project coordinator who enjoys juggling multiple priorities while building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in project coordination, procurement, property, construction or contract administration
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Financial administration experience, including invoice processing and budget monitoring
- The ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using project management systems such as Monday.com (desirable)
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
