Brisbane | Conveyancer | Flexible Contract Opportunity

We're currently looking to speak with experienced conveyancers interested in supporting the property transactions team of a large Australian organisation.

This opportunity will involve providing additional support as required across a portfolio of residential property matters. The work is expected to fluctuate depending on transaction volumes, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety, can work autonomously and is comfortable stepping into an established team.

The role may include

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement
• Preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation
• Coordinating title, registration and transfer requirements
• Managing settlements through PEXA
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, customers and external parties

We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:

• Demonstrated conveyancing experience within private practice, in-house or a property development environment
• Strong understanding of residential property transactions
• Hands-on PEXA experience
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
