$140,000 plus, including super + KPI Bonus

Chandler Macleod is partnering with a well-established business in Adelaide's inner North-West to recruit an experienced Transport Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of drivers, oversee fleet operations, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers
• Manage fleet compliance, maintenance, and safety requirements across company-owned vehicles and contractor fleets.
• Coordinate and optimise delivery schedules and routes
• Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with WHS and transport regulations
• Support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute transport strategies that drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes

About You

• Previous leadership experience in transport, logistics, or a similar operational environment
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Knowledge of fleet management and WHS compliance
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
