About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager (that we call Client Relationship Manager) to join the sales team at ConnX Pty Ltd, a leading provider of innovative human resource information systems (HRIS). You will play a crucial role in ensure maximum benefit of ConnX within existing clients domain. Understanding client drivers, and maintaining client relationships.

This is the perfect stepping stone to a New Business role with ConnX.

What we're looking for

• Top Performer: A achiever on a growth trajectory with success. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage in meaningful conversations
• Self-Starter: Motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to fully understanding and immersing themselves in our HR software solution. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Industry Experience: Expertise in software solutions, with a focus on mid-to-enterprise businesses.

What you'll be doing

• Allocated a selection of existing clients to manage their relationship with ConnX
• Helping clients achieve more with their existing software (this is not a helpdesk or training role, these are separate teams)
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements
• Managing the sales cycle for additional modules
• Providing expert consultative advice and presentations of the company's HRIS offerings
• Achieving and exceeding individual targets
• Continuously expanding your knowledge of the HRIS market and industry trends
