About the role

We're looking for another osteopath to join us . Someone who genuinely wants to be part of the team, contribute to how we treat, and build a caseload they actually care about.

• Flexible days and hours, worked out to suit both sides
• Saturdays on rotation, every second week
• Rostered so you get proper weekdays off. We want you to have a life outside the clinic, not just outside the weekend
• Virtual reception handles calls and bookings, so you're not running the front desk between patients
• 30 minute appointments, built for depth over volume
• Bookings managed through Nookal
• Based at Suite 13, 57 Forsyth Road, Hoppers Crossing
• Contractor position

What you'll actually experience

We put real thought into onboarding. You'll sit down with the team before you see your first patient, walking through our approach and systems properly rather than being handed a folder and a room number. From there it's regular check-ins, a caseload that is catered to you based on your strengths and special interests and ongoing involvement in team case study breakdowns. If there's an area you want to go deep on, whether that's sport, paediatrics, or chronic pain, we'll back you in growing it, and we do CPD together as a team along the way.

Who we're looking for

• AHPRA registered osteopath
• Any level of experience. New grads are properly mentored, experienced osteos are given real autonomy
• Dry needling skills preferred, though not essential
• Genuinely comfortable adapting your approach to neurodivergent patients, or keen to learn how
• Believes in educating patients along their journey, not just handing over a diagnosis and a sheet of exercises

How we work

We're collaborative in practice, not just on paper. If a patient needs something outside your particular strength, they get handed to whoever's the better fit for that case, no ego involved. We check in with each other regularly, because we'd rather have multiple brains on a tricky case early than one practitioner stuck on it alone.
