The Opportunity

Ready to make your mark? Reporting to the General Manager – Western Australia, this hands-on leadership role will see you responsible for driving the smooth day-to-day operational requirements of the business, leading our high-performing warehouse and hose kit manufacturing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing stock and maintaining accurate stock levels in the Canning Vale Warehouse.
• Oversee the manufacture of hose kits to customer specifications and ensure delivery by due dates
• Monitoring, directing, leading and coaching team members to improve performance
• Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel.
• Managing Customer order progression
• Inventory management for remote stock locations - Tom Price Service Centre, Kalgoorlie Service Centre, Pilbara Service Trucks, Newmont Boddington, and future locations that come online

About You

• Hydraulic hose experience preferred, however candidates from industrial hose, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Outstanding reliability, punctual and detail orientated
• Safety conscious and able to facilitate and coordinate operation related duties
• Natural people leader with an ability to build, train, mentor and lead a team
