Your role within the team
The Production Coordinator supports the efficient and compliant execution of packing operations by coordinating production schedules, materials, documentation, inventory requirements and stakeholder communication. The role acts as the central point of coordination between Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Planning teams to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and in accordance with specifications.
Key responsibilities include
- Coordinate execution of the daily and weekly production schedule.
- Prepare and maintain production documentation and Bills of Materials.
- Coordinate raw materials, packaging and consumable availability to support production requirements.
- Raise and manage purchase orders and support purchasing activities where required.
- Monitor inventory levels and escalate potential supply risks.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across production operations.

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office capability.
- Understanding of production processes.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control.
- Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), production documentation and purchasing processes.
- Understanding of GMP, quality and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or administrative roles within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, AX or similar.
