A day in the life of a Customer Delivery Driver

Join our Sydney team as a full-time member of our airside operations team and become the face of dnata catering & retail on the tarmac. In this hands-on role you will act as the key link between dnata and Cabin Crew, working closely to ensure a smooth, accurate handover and that every flight is fully and correctly catered. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating hi-lift trucks to safely and on-time service aircraft catering.
• Short-distance driving, basic vehicle checks, and refuelling as required.
• Loading and unloading aircraft catering, carts, and ovens, and following up on any discrepancies.
• Positioning and guiding trucks in line with airport, airline, and company procedures.
• Communicating and coordinating with Cabin Crew for accurate service handover.
• Administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required.

About You

• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks, incl. National Police Check and medical assessment.
• MR or HR driver’s license.
• Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound numeracy skills for accurate documentation and reporting.
