About The Role

  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments and the option to work from home or our local Townsville office.
  • Receive strong supervision, PD opportunities and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Work alongside a diverse, multidisciplinary team passionate about helping the community.
  • NDIS experience is a plus, but your Speech Pathology skills and ability to inspire clients are the focus.
  • Deliver therapy across a variety of community settings, including homes, schools, and aged care facilities.
  • Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for SPA registration.
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • ou have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
