Role: - Associate Consultant (Data Analyst)

Location: - Onshore (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne)

6 Months Full-Time Contract Role

Role Summary

This position requires a highly seasoned analyst who can:

• Hit the ground running from day one.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Take ownership of discovery and analysis activities.
• Drive requirements capture and validation directly with business stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality analytical artefacts suitable for immediate consumption by development teams.
• Support delivery velocity without creating additional mentoring overhead for existing squad members.

The candidate must demonstrate

• Extensive experience as a Senior Data Analyst within complex enterprise data environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Insights Platform, and the role it plays in enabling strategic business outcomes.
• Proven ability to independently facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, challenge, and refine business requirements.
• Deep technical understanding of enterprise data models, data lineage, and data architecture concepts.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and map source-to-target data flows.

Strong documentation skills, including:

• Data mapping specifications
• Data lineage documentation
• Functional and non-functional requirements
• Business rules and transformation logic
• Advanced SQL capability, including the ability to develop sample queries and data validation artefacts to support developers during solution design and implementation.
• Experience supporting developers and testers through requirements clarification and data validation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business representatives and technology teams.
