About Your Role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded

Procurement Advisor to join our Manufacturing & Maintenance team in Broadmeadow.

In this role, you'll manage the procurement of materials and services that support rail operations and maintenance activities, ensuring the right products are delivered at the right time, cost and quality. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently.

Reporting To The Procurement Team Lead You Will

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities and purchasing requirements
  • Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers
  • Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
  • Monitor purchase orders and supplier performance
  • Identify cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support inventory continuity and operational requirements
  • Ensure procurement compliance, reporting and invoice management

About You

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or a similar commercial role
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded)Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Experience within rail, manufacturing, engineering, defence, aviation or other safety-critical industries will be highly regarded.
