Are you a compassionate and experienced Support Specialist looking for flexible work with purpose? We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our team supporting people to live their best lives in the Rockingham & Peel Region.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting participants in their day-to-day lives, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. We’re looking for someone who is a true champion for community inclusion — helping participants build confidence, connect socially, and access meaningful activities.

Your work may include

  • Supporting individuals with mental health needs
  • Implementing Behaviour Support Plans
  • Providing care for clients with dementia
  • Diabetes management
  • Medication administration
  • Supporting community access and social engagement
  • Encouraging participants to explore and engage in community activities and local services

Shift Availability

Day shift coverage

Sleep shifts (overnight)

This role also includes casual on-call / short notice shift cover, so flexibility is important.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar support role
  • Experience working with mental health and complex needs
  • Current NDIS Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Modules completed
  • Senior First Aid & CPR
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
