Excavator Operator (Pipe Crew)

Shadforth is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our Pipe Crews delivering large-scale subdivision projects across Toowoomba. Work with a supportive team installing stormwater, sewer, and water mains infrastructure, using modern 30t Komatsu PC300-8 machines with Trimble GPS.

We’re Looking For

Side Excavator Operators

• Experience on 20t+ machines and lifting operations
• Skilled with shoring box work and deep excavations
• Team player who follows site directions and safety standards

Lead Excavator Operators

• Strong trenching and shoring experience
• Confident working around services and small crews
• GPS experience (Trimble) highly regarded
