About The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Team Leader to manage a Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in Mount Colah You’ll lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and engagement.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sites.
• Ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and compliant.
• Coordinating support and liaising with key stakeholders including families, support coordinators, local hospital and allied health
• Ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with policy and system requirements.
• Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices where required
• Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling teams.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years leadership experience in the disability sector
• Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
• Excellent organisational, communication and coaching skills
• Hold a valid NSW Driver’s Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles.
• Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
