About The Role

CSR are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team (Bradford Insulation) based in Ingleburn.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be a key representative of our business and play an important part in ensuring every customer feels supported and valued. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse range of people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering great service.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email
• Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner
• Use your product knowledge to provide helpful sales support
• Keep customers informed with clear and proactive updates
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements for order configuration and transport
• Contribute to team tasks and additional duties as needed

What You Will Bring

• 3 – 5 years customer service or call centre experience
• A natural communicator with a professional, customer-first mindset
• Confidence handling complex queries and multiple systems
• A high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed together
